Of all the form providers I've used, Form-Data is no question the easiest to implement and the lightest weight. I am able to style my forms the way I want using the markup I want without having to painstakingly create each field using a GUI. The customer service I received was also top-notch and very personable. I highly recommend Form-Data forms if you want to rapidly build out front-end websites.

I've been using Form-Data for the last couple of years, to collect submissions for events purpose. Form-Data is the perfect fit for this use-case, with a well designed CSV-exportable submissions feature, no need to setup complex back-end architecture. The newest version brings a fresh look and fix some lacking stuffs (plan management). It might not encompasses all imaginable features, but I like it keep it simple!
